1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the WhatsOn application ("the Service"), you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Purpose

WhatsOn is a parental control application designed exclusively to allow parents to monitor the online presence of their minor children on WhatsApp, in a caring and respectful way.

⚠️ STRICTLY PROHIBITED USES:

Monitoring any adult without their explicit consent
Surveillance of a spouse or partner
Surveillance of an ex-partner
Espionage for professional purposes
Any use that violates applicable law or personal privacy

Violation of these rules results in immediate account termination and may result in legal prosecution.

3. Eligibility

To use WhatsOn, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Be the legal parent or guardian of the minor children you wish to monitor
Act in compliance with applicable law in your country
Respect WhatsApp's terms of service

4. User Account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity performed under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.

5. Subscription and Payment

WhatsOn offers a free version with limited features and a Premium subscription at €3.99/month
Payments are processed by Google Play Billing
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the period
You can cancel at any time from your Google Play account
No refunds for the current period, except as required by applicable law

6. Obligations

You agree to:

Use the Service only for its intended purpose (parental control of your minor children)
Not attempt to bypass, reverse engineer, or decompile the application
Not use the Service for any illegal or malicious activity
Respect other users and our customer support

7. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the WhatsOn application (code, design, logos, content) are our exclusive property. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

WhatsOn is provided "as is". We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or 100% accuracy of status information at all times (due to WhatsApp's own limitations).

We are not responsible for:

Service interruptions due to WhatsApp or third parties
Misuse of the application
Indirect damages resulting from use of the Service

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time in the event of violation of these Terms, particularly in the event of misuse of the Service for non-parental monitoring purposes.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the registered office shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by applicable consumer law.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms. Changes will be notified via the application and will take effect 30 days after notification.
